Our highly trained specialists process your books using your chosen method:

  • Non-Destructive Scanning: We utilize museum-quality V-shaped scanners and overhead cameras to protect the spine and capture high-resolution images without damaging the original.
  • Destructive Scanning: The spine is removed, allowing pages to be digitized via high-speed sheet-fed scanners for maximum efficiency.

5. Digital Delivery and Review

Once scanning is complete, you will receive an email with a download link containing your Searchable PDF, Word document, and any other requested formats. Take your time reviewing the files and confirm your satisfaction via email.

6. Final Disposition

  • Non-Destructive Scanning: We promptly ship your book back to you in its original, intact condition.
  • Destructive Scanning: Once you have approved your digital files, the paper materials are securely and responsibly recycled.
At Bound Book Scanning, we make the digitization process simple, efficient, and accessible for a wide range of clients.
